I come to this Taco Bell all the time and service has been great! On this particular night May 10,2026 at 1:20ish pm, they were so rude. Since when in customer service do window person entertain employees instead of tending to customer? Didn’t get our drink in fact it wasn’t made, got the food, and the window closed in our face. It’s not that hard to work in customer service I’ve done it for over 8yrs. Upon looking at my receipt the person name is Amara T. I’m not happy with the service that was given.

My husband found a long hair in his food . We were nice and polite about it all but the service was not . They never apologized & they just asked for the bowl back. We went with another item on the menu. Just my opinion but, would like to see more people that handle food wear hair nets .

The absolute worst Taco Bell in Springdale!! Went there late last night ordered a bean burrito and added three scoops of beef paid three extra dollars for those three scoops of beef and I got a bean burrito with no beef in it.

Not sure why I would expect anything less anymore. I ordered 3 tacos with extra cheese that I had to pay for just to make sure I got cheese plus, got the dip burritos that ended up having only 3 pieces of meat and a little bit of cheese in each one with hardly any sauce. I would post pics if it would let me jist to show you how sad it really looked SMH.
