I ordered on doordash and i asked for no sour cream on my crunchwrap supreme. When my food arrived they added sourcream but didnt even add the rice i asked for / paid for. I had to drive all the way back to the store and when i walked to the cashier the lady making food looked at me with a weird face like she was confused why a customer walked to the cash register. Came to the drive thru this evening just after 5 PM and tried ordering 3 bean burritos. I was greeted by an angry employee who immediately informed me that it would be 15-20 minutes before they’d be able to complete any orders because they got a large order online. 20 min is crazy for fast food, so I asked if they could just inform the customer that their order would take longer so they could also service other customers and they told me they can’t and have to do things one customer at a time.
