Let me start off by how I hate the automated ordering system. I've clearly started large for all the meals besides one witch was a medium. When I got up to the window the guy was numb didn't care that the order was messed up when I got the drinks and I told the guy that 2 of the drinks was supposed to be larges and he seemed annoyed and charged an up charge instead of saying it was their mistake and eat the difference in price. When I finally got the food was missing w fries and when I knocked on the window to get their attention to let them know I was missing items they got annoyed again. I d

The woman who took my order couldn't even speak, she was completely rude, and she bit my food. I told her, "You can't do this," and she did it anyway. This place is awful, how sad that one employee can ruin a business. And if I get sick, it's because she also spat on my food.

Went back today to try and see if it was any better, arrived at 7:20, minimal to no line in the drive thru, stood in front of window for 10 minutes and watched someone else who came up after me get served at the opposite window while I sat in front of mine ignored, the employee had terrible service when my order was finally taken at 7:35, did not receive my food until 20 minutes later at 7:53 while I watched an employee on their phone inside the location. I ordered two spicy chicken doubles and two classic double cheeseburgers and the sandwiches were cold and missing toppings. There were flies

We used to have a checkers where live in Alabama but closed several decades ago but we surely do miss it. This was a wonderful surprise as the food was awesome, coupled with the good service brought back memories of the good ole days. Thank you Checkers for still being the example that others are trying to follow!
