Nobody speaks english here. And they get a bad attitude when you have to explain to them whats going on and what your ordering. The hispanic lady that works nights is the only competent employee. I will no longer come here nor spend my money on a company that has a hiring bias. If i wanted 3rd world service i would move to a 3rd world. Checkers use to be better.

Has really gone downhill in the last few years. Food isn't as good and smaller portions and prices went up. First time going in a few years. Took over 35 minutes for order to be ready. (Server was kind, but not really _fast_ food.)

Today’s experience was made nice by the manager who took the time to ask how the food and service was after we ate. When she learned the drink was overly filled with ice, she offered to refill the drink. What a great experience!

First time ever trying rally’s. Ordered through the drive through, and when I got home both my sandwiches were wrong (just wanted no mustard on one and no pickles on the other). Came back to have them remade and after grilling me about my order the manager seemed more concerned with keeping her drive thru window times down rather than getting me my food. Made me drive around the building and wait until it was ready to pull forward. Despite there not being a single other customer it took more than 10 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches and drinks I got were also small and overpriced, e
