The food is always amazing but when I went through the drive thru Friday night around 10:30, the individual that took my order was disgustingly rude. She was raising her voice and giving me extreme attitude. I asked for extra sauce packets and the girl with pink hair that made my drinks and handed out my food was extremely kind and was going to get me some sauces when the girl who took my order started yelling at me from her work station saying “I already gave you sauces, you’re gonna have to pay extra” I have no issue with paying extra but her attitude and poor customer service made me and my

Ordered here and both my all American hot dogs were freezing cold in the middle, went back through the drive through to have them remake them for me and the guy at the window with glasses on and the mic/ headset on his head said he could only remake one of them and argued with my boyfriend as to why he couldn’t remake both of them so my boyfriend told him to remake both of them and we still paid for both that he remade. Over the mic he already sounded like he hated his job and his life and kept saying “mmm k” after every thing we ordered. Horrible experience and I will be contacting corporate.

Ordered 30$ in food and paid but forgot something, tried to add it to the order quickly so it would all come out at the same time but was told no rudely. I had to wait for my food and had to go through the drivethru and wait some more. I've never been somewhere they didnt want to make the customer happy and make more money in the process

This place is shit if you’re working late nights and want a bit 🙄second time they’re gotten my order wrong through Uber Eats 🙄😒let’s see how many hoops I have to jump through for my refund I ordered a smash combo btw 😒
