This is, by far, one of the BEST McDonald’s I’ve visited. Being prior service, I’m used to the top service fast food restaurants being on established bases. There are only a few civilian McDonald’s that can compare. However, I previously mentioned McDonald’s by the airport on Virginia Avenue that was doing a great job with customer service. But, this McDonald’s definitely gets rated with great service from me as well. They are FAST, courteous and trained. Nobody is out of order or out of place. Gotta be the quest worst McDonald’s in the nation. No one in line, sat at the order window for 5 minutes. No one ever came to take my order. Prior visit I was pulled up for fries and tenders only for them to both be cold, what did I wait for? Over this location. Put something else here. Convenient location, worthless service. East lake pkwy is a million times better.

I have yet to understand why this location can never get anything right!! They always serving cold food! If you send it back you still get cold food this is why I stopped eating it in the first place!! Then customer service is so horrible ugh I’m never eating here again!! Hire some new people! Update: Friday May 29th went to this location again starving … and of course same thing nasty food cold food flat cheeseburgers and salty as hell yall put the seasoning down geesh .. wish I could get a refund!! I go to McDonald’s a lot even if it’s just for Coffee or a Tea. But I’ve always had issues when going to this location which really frustrates me as it’s the closest to my house. Their shake machine is NEVER working and most of the time the Frappe machine is down. Every time I order food something’s off like the fries are cold or appears to be re-cooked. This last time I ordered it w/ no salt (bc I have to cut back on my salt intake for health reasons) and felt as if they added extra salt…. I ordered a happy meal and they left out the apples….
