A couple of nights ago was our first time at Predalina after their interior remodel, and it definitely did not disappoint. Our server, Julio, and the team took excellent care of us and made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I really enjoyed the Lou Lou Cosmo, which was a fun and unexpected favorite, and the espresso martini was absolutely delicious. For dinner, we had the Branzino fillets with sides: roasted mushrooms and spinach ~ everything was perfectly prepared, but the roasted mushrooms deserve a special highlight. They were so, so good. Predalina Restaurant in Channel Side very close to Sparkman Wharf in Tampa Florida is an absolute gem in this city!! We chose this restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s UTampa graduation day straight after the early morning ceremony. Our reservation was for 11:45am, we were seated outside as planned and it was a lovely early May Day with gorgeous weather on that particular day and time. We had a lovely brunch enjoyed the beautiful ambience of this particular place and it was just perfect. My daughter was very happy with her graduation brunch, it was memorable and felt perfect for her occasion.

First time dining at Predalina, which we picked for the Mediterranean vibe and to celebrate a friends birthday. Restaurant was moderately busy for a Sunday night, we had a reservation, only waited about 5 minutes to be seated. Great atmosphere, beautiful intimate setting. Nice bar area as well. I love the revamped Predalina. Have been here twice now. Once at the bar, it was a pretty busy Friday night and service was a bit slow but the bartender was sweet and I could tell she was very busy. Had a few skewers and small bites which were really good. Highly recommend the fried potato stacks & mushroom skewers. I hadn't had alcohol in a long time but had a couple cocktails there and it was much better than the previous times I had been there which is a plus now that I'm not on an alcohol sabbatical lol.
