Competence: He couldn't find a book that was supposedly in stock. It takes a special kind of "talent" to be surrounded by information and still remain completely useless. Attitude: Smug, lazy, and completely checked out. It’s hard to believe these people are paid actual currency to stand there and be an obstacle to customers.
