Went for my husbands birthday today. First the waitress was very polite! She had several people giving her a hand as she did have a lot going on. Great teamwork. Now for the negatives- which are more! We were sat along side a bigger party. It was so hard to hear each other and just noisy. On the flip side we had our 2 1/2 year old triplets so waiting 30 more minutes might have been worst, not sure. The hostess asked my party is we wanted back to back booths..... not a great question. Lastly the food-- I was so excited for this fresh green salad. I couldn't find the green in it- full of cru

I ordered a burger well done and when I got it it was completely pink on the inside. I called the store and they apologized and sent a new order out to me to replace it. When this one was delivered it was just as raw on the inside. Does this look well done to you? It doesn't to me. When I called the store back the manager that I spoke to assured me that he cooked it well done even though I'm sitting here looking at a burger that's completely red on the inside! You guys need to make sure your cooks are using their meat thermometers because you're going to make someone sick.

I haven't eaten at an Outback in years!! It is Veterans Day and they are giving all Veterans a FULL MEAL including a salad or soup, an entree with side (I got the 6oz sirloin & baked potato) and cheesecake for dessert! The only thing you have to purchase is your drink. They thanked me for my service as soon as I arrived and immediately brought me out their signature bread loaf and warm butter. My house salad came shortly after and was delightfully chilled. The steak was perfect and dessert I took to go as I was full but will be a great dessert for later. Been going through a tough time and just wanted to grab some food and a drink to take my mind off things… then I met my server Jordann. She gave me the comfort I needed at the time and took amazing care of me, made me forget I was at outback and not a 5 star restaurant. Being a restaurant manager I know when I meet an amazing server with an authentic personality and that was her to a tee. God bless you Jordann, thank you so much for showing me amazing hospitality during a time I really needed it, you are a gem.
