I visited this location earlier in the week, September 2021. I didn’t even know this store was here, I discovered this location while walking through the neighborhood. I was surprised I didn’t get an email from Insomnia Cookies to inform me of the new location as I am a part of their loyalty program and I receive emails about promotions. Of course, the aroma of the cookies was mesmerizing and I had to go into the shop for some goodies. The shop is quite small not a lot of standing room. The staff was very hospitable and polite. I went to 3 location on a mission for these cookies I got them by the 4th try and was happy this place is so expensive 😩 however they honored the sale price. I had a coupon that disappeared before me an the staff 😒 I was super upset I spent so much 😭 with the company I told her and I told her about the scan for point system I asked other locations if it exists they said no yesterday 😳 I found out that was not true and i miss out on alot i mean alitof cool stuff I am so happy I met them they explained the company and customer perks I figured a raise is in order.
