Went in twice in the same day. Hot light on, but no hot donuts. No one would talk to me. One person ordering, no one else, but me in there. All employees including a manager saw me and ignored my questions actually asked. I walked out with nothing both times. Day was 6/27 after going during the hours told to me via a phone call as to when they would have hot donuts. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!

Went inside to place a order employee bent over . The young lady at the drive thru told her she had a customer. She mumbled something still didn't move. The young lady offer to assist me ,I refuse. Due to the employee bent over and unwillingness to help. Shout out to the young lady at the drive thru window who offer to assist me . It is not a pleasant sight to see someone bent all over on a counter. You question was there mindset on working and being productive intstead of unproductive.

I took my 4 year old to get a doughnut after getting 4 shots at her annual checkup. She came in sniffling and with puffy eyes clearly still upset. We were immediately greeted with "let's get you a doughnut to make it all better!" The staff was so kind to her and let her tell them about her shots. By the time she finished her doughnut she was so much better. Thank you Krispy Kreme Tuscaloosa for always giving the best customer service to us!

I have come here multiple times and every single order has been messed up, specifically with their cream filled donuts. The first two times there was only kreme in half or less than half of the donut. Whatever, thats fine. Today I got 1 cream filled donut and there was genuinely 0 cream. Not an ounce of it throughout the entire donut, and it was a pretty big donut too. The staff is usually friendly and I take no issue with them, but if you want any donut with fillings or cream, just go somewhere else because it's not worth it.
