I just went into the restaurant today and ordered my food. I have to say that it was the cleanest I’ve ever seen it. I asked if there’s a newer management and they did confirm that a new Manager took over in 2024. I hadn’t been at that location in a few years due to the lack of cleanliness and Care that it was lacking from past management. It’s definitely visible seeing how much work they have put force into this location and I will no longer have to drive out of my way to enjoy some chipotle. I definitely recommend.

If there are 6 people standing behind the counter 4 of whom are leaning against the wall and giggling: there shouldn't be rice and beans on the floor and on every table top. This place was a mess. Outside garbage bins were overflowing. Bathrooms were dirty. Even the hot sauce bottles were covered in crust. If there were just one or two people working an line of customers 10 deep, I'd have a different opinion. In this case we were the only two customers, no line pressure, and there were 6 employees behind the counter standing talking and giggling. Food was consistent in a way that only M

I love the stuff at the Merle Hay Location. I love Ms Penny and her team, they are the sweetest ladies, so kind and full of love. They call me by my name and know my order. I walked in the one time and without asking one of them went to go get my order she knew who I was. I just wanna say that k you to the team that works around lunch hours, I truly cannot express enough how they make my day everyday when I pick up my lunch. Good portions, clean place with beautiful smiles. I wish I could give them all a million dollar.

Horrible experience. There is no food in my bowl. Literally sitting in my car in the parking lot after just walking out and took the pics. I travel for work and Chipotle is my go to. This place is by far the skimpiest one I've ever been to. DO NOT GET YOUR BOWL HERE!! Edit, just got the food home, rice is barely cooked, forgot to say they had no fajita vegetables. Can't believe I spent my money on this I tried to contact through the link you sent and it brings me to a "404 bad page/page not found"
