Walking into the restaurant I was immediately hit with a feeling of nostalgia and homey comfort. The decor and atmosphere remind me of my younger years and how restaurants used to be. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The menu is quite large, offering breakfast all day as well as great lunch and dinner options. I chose to have breakfast and ordered the Cozy Mess. It was delicious! I will definitely be returning to try more items on the menu.

If you’re passing through Des Moines, this is the perfect spot. Autum and the staff were amazing. Patio wasn’t open, but they still served me out there so I could bring my dog out of the car after a 12 Hour drive. Food was fast, hot and fresh. And make sure you check out the bakery section too, you will thank me later. I had the eggs Benedict.
