Casey Staats★Didn’t even get the opportunity to eat here due to an extremely rude manager. He told our party 30-40 minutes for a table. Ok, no problem. We gave him our phone number, watched him write it down, and walked across the parking lot to grab a drink at a different establishment. After about an hour, we walked back to Urban Grill and were told “We still don’t have room for you.” I asked him why he told us 30-40 minutes, and he said he told us 45 minutes to an hour. He absolutely did not say that, and my party of five can verify that. He made no effort to be kind, offer a solution, or apologize for

I can not give her enough praise for the outstanding job she did as our waitress. This place is one of only a few restaurants in the Des Moines area that are always 5 stars!!
