We gave him our phone number, watched him write it down, and walked across the parking lot to grab a drink at a different establishment. After about an hour, we walked back to Urban Grill and were told “We still don’t have room for you.” I asked him why he told us 30-40 minutes, and he said he told us 45 minutes to an hour.
