DO. NOT. GO. TO. THIS. DUNKIN UPDATE: Gave this Dunkin another shot. Literally had 6 donuts and 2 coffees. The coffee was propped against the donuts, which were in a bag instead of a box. My fiance's coffee ended up falling over and the staff didn't offer to fix the problem they caused. Then we check the donuts and they didn't even put the right ones in the bag. This Dunkin never runs properly. Seen the staff turnover a few times already. Their only consistency is how consistent screw ups are. 4 out of 5 orders will give you a wrong or poorly made drink. Ever since they got a new manger the customer service has been horrible. I was there earlier this morning and was treated so disrespectfully by the manger only 5 seconds after receiving my last items. I heard her say “why is she still here” and shoo me away through the window and rudely yelling “goodbyeee”. I had not had one interaction with her before this and was very nice to everyone who helped me so I’m unsure what warranted this response

ordered my bagel extra toasted… happens pretty much 50% of the time i stop at this dunkin

Ordered 2 refreshers today and virtually no flavoring was added to either. Just got handed a green tea and a lemonade with the tiniest pink tint I’ve ever seen. Taste it and the lemonade is sour as well. Awful
