I possess a degree of patience that I consider a personal virtue, but this location has put that virtue to the absolute test. I ordered a simple Double Cheeseburger with just ketchup and cheese. A child could execute this order. A particularly intelligent dog might struggle with the wrapper, but could understand the ingredients list. What I received was an act of culinary aggression. Cancelled our mobile order because we had to wait on the on available drive through line to provide our code and it was 2 minutes past breakfast time. Then the ‘manager’ tried to tell us they were sold out of our items. He refused to refund us, and told us it was our problem and we had to call the app support line. He wouldn’t give us the drinks (that are served all day) we paid for, because apparently they were ‘sold out’ of those too. Then he had the audacity to threaten us to call the cops because we were holding up the drive thru line trying to figure out how to get our money back. Just so
