This really is the first time I've ever been to an actual Golden Chick restaurant would you look at the menu normal Chicken menu you know everything fried surprise good coleslaw dirty rice, I ordered the 2pc catfish (see photo). When I ordered it jazzy the awesome window clerk stated that it may take 7 minutes to complete the order which I was fine with when I get up there everything is done not having to wait 7 minutes and so I asked wow that was quick not complaining but how did it happen so fast jazzy says all because he was ready to go and it was up.. that fish has been sitting there for

The lady that checked us out in the drive through is fantastic. Always smiling, patient and kind. We drive further to come here, the food is consistently delicious but the service she provided brings us back.

It had been a few years since I'd been to this chicken joint. I seemed to remember it as being acceptable. Not exceptional, but worth a visit. The place I usually go was closed for renovations. Walked in on a Monday afternoon, about 4pm. There looked to be only one woman working in the store. Ordered chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. The woman told me that she had given me an extra tender. Very nice of her. I was the only customer in the dining room. It didn't strike me as really clean, or really dirty. Ordered at the drive thru. Got home,the food was cold.4 spicy tenders were cold,dried up and made long before I ordered. The fries were cold,shriveled up and I threw most away. The jalapeno poppers were overcooked. I ordered an unsweet tea and she tried to give me a Dr. Pepper. I usually get a decent order but this was the worst meal I EVER had at this place. I was the only car at the place and there was no excuse for this experience.
