Picking up doordash orders here sucks every time. Even when they aren’t busy. There is no one in the drive thru and no one inside. No one has come to the front in the last 4-5 minutes to see who came through the front door. The drive thru guy did after 4 minutes and he looked at me and walked to the back again.

they forgot my steak grilled cheese burrito, I walked back in to notify them, and when I walked back in 2 of the employees were looking down on their cellphones, I waited over a minute for them to realize I was waiting for their attention. I notified the employee that my burrito was not in the bag, she said she would get one made, I waited over 10+ minutes with no burrito, the same employee didn’t even remember that I was waiting for my burrito so then just requested a refund, never got the burrito. Horrible service.

My family and I came for dinner, and Laquan was the best worker i have ever had there. He has amazing customer service, and was extremely kind, helpful and very aware and welcoming to everybody who came in. Hands down best experience i have had in that taco bell in a while. The whole crew was very polite that night and helpful. Awesome job to everybody who was working 1/2/26 at 6:15pm.

The staff at this location is absolutely horrible, they scream and cuss at each other in front of customers with no care in the world. It also takes absolutely forever to get your food I’ve had to wait 15 minutes just to get 2 broken tacos. I would recommend going to a different Tacobell vs dealing with the employees at this one.
