I would like to start this review off by saying that I love Taco Bell and although it is embarrassing to admit, I visit weekly, if not more. The employees here are kind and they’ve never made a mistake on my order. HOWEVER, I cannot abide what I assume is a biblically greedy franchise owner attempting to claw every last cent from patrons by removing the build your own cravings box from the menu. I was extremely disappointed the first time I opened the app and saw that it was no longer available to order, and then I drove 15 minutes out of my way to the Columbia location that did have it. Food I like the order is the taco salad.I used to get in the back in a day the big taco salad, so I guess they do the mini taco salad now.Cause the big taco salad got taken off the menu due to covid and low sale. But the only issue is that now , the many salad don't come with meat or a pinch of meat. The first time I ordered the mini taco salad.It had a pinch of meat.The second time I decided to get the taco salad and I told them to put more meat on it this time.They put no meat.
