I placed a mobile order for 12 custom Krystal burgers, fries and a drink. The employee at the window who I was not able to catch her name was very polite and had me pull forward while they prepared the food. I have nothing but good things to say! They were fast and accurate! They even sealed the bags and she brought the food to my car. Great service, great food, included extra condiments and napkins. This order was placed on 01APR26 around 1PM. Great work Krystal team!

We stop here everytime we come through and honestly it gets worst with each visit. We waited 20 minutes in the drive through because no one answered the speaker in front of us. Went inside waited 45 minutes for cold burgers and patties that were in pieces. Not fast, fresh, or friendly.

Pulled in on a Sunday at 9:30pm. Just needed food on drive from AZ to VA. In a truck pulling a trailer. Even though dining room closed, Tyrone saw me pulling into parking lot and was kind enough to unlock the door for me, since I couldn't go through drive thru. Was even kind enough to hold the door for me on my way out. It is good customer service, but more than that, it's just him going out of his way to be a kind person. Many thanks, Tyrone!
