I come here weekly as it's convenient but it's always morning or early afternoon. Today I got out of work late so I'm going through the drive through here at like 4pm, come to realize nobody's there, apparently you close at 3pm?!? I get I never noticed it before since I'm usually there earlier but still... other Tim's are open later than 3pm. It seems wayyyy too early, and you're missing out on business, especially as your location is on some major roads not to mention next to a thruway. My sister stopped to get tea and coffee while on her way to see me after surgery. She was told when she went to the drive thru window never even paid and asked to add to her order. The cashier in the window told her flat out NO. When she asked again he was very indignant and said NO. Very disappointing. This is not the first time I have heard these kinds of experiences from this location. I have experienced it myself more than once. Time to reevaluate your staff. Again dissapointed.

Sadly this has got to be the worst Tim Hortons ever. I understand you need to pay to use the restroom which I did after ordering a coffee. Went to the restroom and they just put my coffee on a random table. I came out waited for a min and in that period the cashier girl didn't even bother to look my way so I had to cut in line and ask for my coffee. They point to a random table saying my coffee was left there. Wth kinda service is that? NEVER coming here instead going to the other usual spot up the street on William st. Far Better!

Could even use the bathroom for 5 mins cuz kept knocking on door .. im 55 years old & have ibs!!! So rude.. never come here again!!! & then the employee would run away from the door like a child!!!! I've never been so embarrassed in my life!!! What kinda person does that yo someone my age & not even apologize!! It was 10:53 a.m when I left .. was there getting warm waiting for bus ordered coffee & donut.. the worker (( female doing drive through)) was rude .. you working in customer service, dont like the job.. than quit, but don't take it out on people.. so embarrassed
