This is the worst experience and response from the Timhorton staffs as I have visited in the morning and I just tried entering the restroom and was looked, I was little rush however I asked a lady staff, can I use the restroom, she simply said you needs to buy any stuffs then only we would allow to open the bathroom, so embarrassed, so I was waiting in the que about 5min and placed the order upon receiving my paid receipt, I ask them to open the restroom, is this the way a chain restaurant treating the customers, even smaller street restaurant won’t react like this, trust me I do not want any

Wish I could give 0 stars, I ordered my fiancé two coffees and BOTH had grounds floating it in, he took them back in and someone in the back had something nasty to say about him coming back in with the coffees, talking about “everyone has something to complain about”, luckily he took them back in and not me. Maybe retraining needs to be done at this location cause this is not how a worker should treat a paying customer. I know which stores are under this corporation and will not give this one another dollar, I’ll go out of my way to spend my money at another company.

Wow. When you drive up to this place it looks like a concert was here last night, there is so much garbage and paper cups on the ground. I'm questioning weather to even get a coffee from here. There are at least 6 workers i seen and no customers even here. What is management doing?coffee was horrible. Working there is just free money.

Obviously not regular staff this morning, looks like management had to open. My mocha ice capp was awful 😔 it tasted like straight up chocolate syrup. And it wasn't even full,! I went to the site you said, it would not let me submit anything 4/20/26 Went to this location yesterday, male clerk always seems condescending. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a BISCUIT I had to wait for the eggs. Finally got my order, left, started to eat, first of all, it was on an ENGLISH MUFFIN, The egg had plenty of egg shells in it. I ended up throwing it out, I walk so I wasn't walking back. I would on
