Sat in line for about 10 minutes 1 car behind the drive through menu. The car ahead of me beeped, and finally got someone to take their order. Now its my turn to order. I waited a few mins then said "hello". They took my order....not its jist the car ahead of me and me waiting to get our food...(I guess they only 2 cars at a time) So I waited another 10-15 minutes to get my food which everyone knkws was garbage...tacos soggy, burritos cold, Mexican pizza tasted like cardboard....WORST TACO BELL THIS SIDE OF TJE MISSISSIPPI

Wait time is horrible. I placed my order at 650pm and didn't receive it until 732. Only two cars in front of me in drive thru. On top of that, my order was as messed up. Didn't have enough time to tell them because I was already now late for work because of the massive delay.

Actually the worst food service I've ever experienced. They consistently screw up the orders. Virtually every single time we've been there they leave out a $7 item, or put meat on a vegetarian taco, or forget the rice, or forget the sauce. Times we wait in line for up to 20 minutes to get to the speaker before they say you can only order online. I literally sit there and check every single food item before I pull away now because I have to. Please get it together, just awful.
