“The charcuterie trays and cupcake bouquets were amazing!”

Have been using Boost membership for grocery delivery since the summer. In January 2026 they closed the fulfillment center and now you work directly with the stores. Before January this service was amazing and I only had good things to say. This store location repeatedly lets me down with online curbside pickup each week almost without fail. They give me awful produce, miss items, have given me chicken with bloated packaging, etc. Going to try a different Mariano's to see if the company can redeem themselves, otherwise to Pete's I go.

This comment is intended more for your corporate management, and not so much at your local store staff, which did a good job all things considered during a power outage. It shocks and amazes me that when the power does go out, you don't have a backup power generator to keep your store at least somewhat open to serve your customers already in the store. You cost yourself not only good will from loyal customers like myself, but also thousands of dollars, not to mention the money you had to pay your employees for basically doing nothing for a few hours. Mariano’s really saved the day for us! Trying to plan a large rehearsal dinner on the 4th of July, especially when you live in another state, is challenging to do. Thankfully Mariano’s was OPEN and we ordered all the food we needed—from apps to desserts—from them. Everything was ready on time and was not only delicious and fresh, but presented beautifully. Many guests told us it was the best rehearsal dinner they’d ever attended! Thank you!! The charcuterie trays and cupcake bouquets were amazing! (See photo)

Mariano’s is my go-to for quick errands since it’s so close to home. I usually visit right before closing when it’s much quieter and even faster to get through. With plenty of parking and efficient self-checkout counters, it’s the perfect spot for a stress-free, 'grab-and-go' trip
