All was great! I hadn't pre-ordered and needed to pick up 4 dozen assorted donuts one morning. The store filled my order right away, no problem. Service was efficient and friendly. And of course EVERYONE enjoyed the fresh donuts. Can't go wrong with Krispy Kreme! Growing up in the South, they've always been my favorite!

I’ve came here twice in 2 weeks and the service was horrible both times. The glaze was not smooth, all of my donuts were different shapes/sizes, and this time it looks like they just threw my donuts in the box. Also, I ordered the St. Patrick’s Day edition and got regular glaze instead. Even if they were out of the special edition, that was not communicated with me. The atmosphere was not welcoming at all. This location is very unprofessional and does not provide a pleasant experience. What a horrible way to represent the Krispy Kreme brand! I’m am highly disappointed and will not be returning

Went to this place for St. Patrick’s Day donuts, the employee working who helped me was very nice but I must say all the food safety and cross contamination of everything that was visible was disturbing. They had donuts openly out in the walkway when you walk in the door. It made me sick thinking of eating their donuts when they are out in the open like this. So gross and not clean.

We are from out of town but their donuts were so fresh and delicious. They do not skimp on the filling, whether it's creme or jelly filled. These were the best Krispy Kreme donuts we've had since we were in Pigeon Forge, TN. The employee's here are very friendly and helpful. A+++++ rated in our opinion.
