When I first arrived here in 2023 this McDonalds used to be great. Food always fresh and customer service was amazing but I have noticed the decline in customer service. I had stayed away for a while and decided to give them another chance since they have that new honey chicken sandwich and boy do I wish I had gone to a different store. One of the least inviting McDonald's I've ever been to. The workers were lovely, but being met with the sign that says 'Don't spend more than 30 min eating here or we'll kick you out' and no refill fountain. Just really not sharing community values. I ordered from the app, I almost always do. Only had a Tea and fries this time. I placed my order and waited for two cars ahead of me to just sit there and wait. About 10 minutes went by and they finally had the two cars move to the waiting area. 30 seconds later I got my order and maneuvered around the other two cars and headed out. The Tea was fine, the way their tea always is. The fries were OK, could have been great, they seemed somewhat fresh, but would have been fresher had it not been for the wait. Got a deluxe burger but no 'deluxe'. Nothing on it, just plain chicken between 2 buns. I'd be more understanding if i didn't wait near 20 minutes for my food. I understand you might've been shortstaffed (even though it wasn't busy at the time), but at least make the food right. Make the wait worth it, ya feel.
