This restaurant has changed its policy. Now customers can help themselves to drinks and utensils as needed and choose their own seats. I really like this change. However, I don’t understand why some people are still complaining about the lack of service. The servers still come over to check for empty plates and take them away to keep your table clean. The other day, the guy at the table next to me complained to the server that he wasn’t getting any service. I just want to start by saying I’m very grateful for the people who create the zongzi here. (I apologize if that’s the incorrect dish name) and the pork buns, etc. Those alone are what made us choose this restaurant. I’ve tried to make Zongzi and I’m still practicing. Theirs has a beautiful flavor and makes me want to dance in my seat when I eat it lol All of their food is so fresh, including my favorite, the green beans. The food here is phenomenal for the price. The service is super good and the workers are helpful and sweet. The food is always fresh and delicious and whether it’s lunch or dinner it’s really good, best you’ll get in Union! The little fish seating area is also so cute and apparent they take good care of the fish that are on display, whether they cook them or not (i’m not sure).
