Phenomenal local pub/restaurant that fits loads of people and has a welcoming loud buzzing vibe. FOOD: 10/10 Fresh, high quality ingredients. Dishes are plated up well and there's a variety of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free dishes to choose from, with several really healthy options. The salmon was to die for, as were the steamed vegetables it came with. Very reasonably priced dishes between $12-28 on average. SERVICE: Super friendly, accommodating staff who are efficient. Assembly is a top-quality pub right in the heart of Braddon. From the friendly security at the front to the vibey beer garden and welcoming atmosphere, everything hit the mark. The pub-style feed was on point—my fried chicken burger was great, but honestly, the standout was the chips. No idea what seasoning they use, but wow… absolutely spectacular!

Its a nice place and cant fault it on staff, they are nice. But if the menu says you can do gluten free and be Coeliac safe it needs to be confident in being safe. Not have gluten free buns cooked on the same grill as the gluten buns. If I didnt triple check I would of gotten sick. TL;DR: says they can cater for coeliacs but not "full coeliacs", thats not gluten free or coeliacs safe.
