We had a booking at White Chaco, and the place was already packed and very busy since it’s quite small with limited seating. We were seated outside with heaters, which was fine. There seemed to be only one person running the whole floor. Taking bookings, serving, and managing everything so it’s understandable that it took a while to get menus, place our order, and eventually receive our food. The food itself was pretty average. I wasn’t expecting a wow factor, just something tasty and flavourful, but it didn’t really hit the mark. It’s not really a bad experience, but not one I’d rush back for

Another solid proof that Asian fusion is destined to disappoint. Out of everything we ordered, the eggplant was the best dish, though still too sweet. The worst were the fried dumplings and the xiao long bao. The fried dumplings were 85% skin and 15% filling—completely flavorless. As for the xiao long bao, I’m not sure where to even begin. The only thing that resembled the real deal was the shape.

A very cosy and intimate atmosphere with a nice vibe. We didn’t have a booking and the server thankfully sat us down as long as we were done by a certain time. The entrees came out pretty fast except for one dish that was forgotten about and brought to us at the end of the meal. The ramen has a very thick hearty broth with a nice amount of toppings although I do wish I had a little more soup in mine. The noodles were cooked to perfection with a nice bite to them. Overall the experience was lovely and it was a nice warming bowl of ramen on a cold night.

This East Asian restaurant is located deep in the alley of Braddon's super popular snack street (almost couldn't find the door 🚪). It combines Japanese ramen, Chinese food and other categories. Not only Chinese, but also many foreigners like to patronize it. It is obviously in the city center, but it seems that there are not many articles about the store. It can be regarded as a treasure! We ordered two kinds of ramen 🍜, and there are two choices of noodles, one is chewy handmade ramen, and the other is soft and tender ready-made ramen.
