The idea of adding horseradish into the potato mash is just out of this world. This is just something I'll be doing myself when I cook it from this time forward, lol.

We ordered deer meat, it was delicious, very well cooked, served with tiny add ons to complement the taste. The host was charming - just right amount of attention, conversation, advice- exceptional treatment. We found the place on maps and dropped in, but I think reservation is necessary in general, we just were lucky to be seated because the table was reserved for later time.

They welcomed us with a little beef tartar. We took a mixed starter to share and they were kind and thoughtfully enough to already split it in two dishes. Everything was delicious. I then tried the liver and what a good plate it was, with a delicious sauce and onions to complete the taste. The schnitzel was also really good, fried to the perfection. Even the salad was delicious. Highly recommended!
