R Lewis★★★★★The food was amazing. The restaurant was busy and service took a little longer. But I think that’s the European way. They don’t rush anyone or try to turn tables quickly, which is nice. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I would definitely eat here again. My friend had the salmon and I had the vol-au-vent. I’m a picky eater, and this was out of my comfort zone. I’m so glad I tried it! For dessert I had the biscoff creme brûlée and my friend had the chocolate mousse.

The soup was really really good. As main course we shared the traditional beef stew with salad and fries. It was really good as well and I totally recommend it. We tried the Grimbergen Blonde beer and we loved it!

The tables are close together and there is a quiet hum of conversation. Upstairs feels more like a traditional restaurant in a rustic farmhouse setting.
