The atmosphere is really good, it feels like an old fashioned breakfast 🥞 restaurant. Everything was clean, and my favorite part was definitely the syrups with different flavors like strawberry 😍, old fashioned, blueberry, and peanut syrup. I ordered the Breakfast Sampler and it was really good, good quality and honestly enough for two people. The eggs were a little undercooked for me, but not a big deal, just slightly, like you can see in the video. Came for Mother’s Day brunch at IHOP and had such a wonderful experience. Our waitress, Rachel, was incredibly attentive and made us feel so welcomed despite how busy the restaurant was. The food was delicious, fresh, and served hot, and the atmosphere was lovely. Even with the rush, we truly felt like we were the center of attention. They even gave out flowers at the end, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made our day special. We left so happy. Thank you, Rachel and the IHOP team!

My first-ever visit to the Coquitlam IHOP was unfortunately one of the biggest dining letdowns of the year. While the service was attentive and parking was ample, the deceptive pricing: like charging $13.49 for an advertised $9 value deal without any disclaimer - felt incredibly misleading. The corporate website prominently advertises $9 value deals as of May 2026, yet this location charges $13.49 without any disclaimer on the banner - this is about honesty and transparency. I wasn't impressed with $4.99 orange juice that doesn't offer refills and $4.19 brewed coffee - but I guess this is 20

Same thing lots of parking here the food was fairly fast. I had the steak omelette and I even added an extra egg thinking I would need to, but it was almost way too much food. I had some lovely pancakes as well. I sat at the bar so there was no waiting time. I’m starting to love IHOP. I first experienced IHOP while I was traveling in Hawaii where I had their Spanish omelette with a side of hollandaise sauce. It was lovely. I think I’m going to make IHOP My to go restaurant from now on as long as it’s close enough.
