I recently ordered a pizza from Freshslice at Guildford Mall, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I had clearly ordered a pizza with white sauce, but the base was made with red sauce instead. When this mistake was noticed, the staff member’s partner simply suggested adding white sauce on top instead of remaking the pizza properly.I was in a hurry at the time, so I didn’t argue, but this has happened to me 3–4 times already at the same location.
