We always go to freshslice pizza(the one near Save on Food, Maple Ridge). This time we ordered from them and it was really bad. The pizza wasn’t even round, it was a weird shape. The crust was hard and crunchy, not edible at all. Also, the it was not even the usual medium size. They somehow made it smaller and thinner. I had ordered a regular/medium pan pizza. Never had such an experience at the other branch. I’m very unhappy with my experience using this store . It clearly showed a deal: buy one BBQ chicken and get one free. We selected this offer twice on different occasions, but both times when we went to pick up the order, they refused to give us the second item. This feels very misleading and honestly disrespectful to customers. It wasted our time and damaged our trust. Advertising a deal and then not honoring it is unacceptable. I hope this issue is taken seriously, because customers deserve honesty and respect.

In summary, worst Freshslice location (or say pizza store) ever I went! I will avoid this place from now on. That guy (I presume owner or store manager) was placing 1 cherry tomato halves, 1 spinach leaves and all other toppings as 1 piece per slice on XXL pizza dough. I told guy this is not first time I have ordered pizza in my life and you must make pizza how it supposed to be made and still he continued what he was doing it and made pizza with bare minimum toppings on it. Basically, this person was not even making the regular pizza he supposed to make. So, forget about the good service at t
