The Tonkatsu broth was an excellent balance of rich and savory, the chashu was tender and well torched and I always like woodear mushrooms in my ramen and there was a healthy amount. The gyoza what good. Great wrapper with a nice char on one side. It was warm, would have been a but better if they were hot. Gyudon was also good, rice was perfectly seasoned. The beef could have been warmer but I did enjoy it. It seems like a great, consistent spot for a familiar great ramen.
