Great dinner! I had the Tonkatsu Black Ramen, Gyudon and Negi Shoga Gyoza. The Tonkatsu broth was an excellent balance of rich and savory, the chashu was tender and well torched and I always like woodear mushrooms in my ramen and there was a healthy amount. The gyoza what good. Great wrapper with a nice char on one side. It was warm, would have been a but better if they were hot. Gyudon was also good, rice was perfectly seasoned. The beef could have been warmer but I did enjoy it. It seems like a great, consistent spot for a familiar great ramen.

I’ve been coming to Sansotei Ramen in Kanata for a while now and it continues to be one of my favourite spots in the city. A huge shoutout to Kei and the entire team for always providing such an amazing experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with friendly service and a great atmosphere that makes you want to stay and enjoy your meal. The food is consistently outstanding. Every bowl is packed with flavour, prepared with care, and served exactly as you’d expect. You can tell the chefs take pride in their work because the quality is always there, no matter how busy it gets. W

This is a very quaint restaurant. The decor and ambiance is excellent. I really enjoyed the Gyudon (perfect amount of beef, onions and rice) and my daughter loved the Shoyu. The servers were very polite and came by a few times the see if all was well.
