I respect how they limit the number of people in the room at once as to not overstimulate the cats. There are many toys and beds and privacy spaces they can seclude to if they wish. All the cats are so incredibly mellow and chill. They have a variety of treats and a large menu of drinks. They even have merchandise like hats and sweatshirts available to purchase. Because they require you to wash your hands but there's no shelf there. But they do have a cafe area free of cats where you can finish your food first.
