The cats are very well treated and the atmosphere is appropriate (quiet not too overwhelming for them.) I respect how they limit the number of people in the room at once as to not overstimulate the cats. There are many toys and beds and privacy spaces they can seclude to if they wish. All the cats are so incredibly mellow and chill. They have a variety of treats and a large menu of drinks. They even have merchandise like hats and sweatshirts available to purchase. Came in with my daughter and the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. The barista made us delicious lattes and did the cutest latte art for my daughter. The cats were so cute, I wish I could take them all 😂😭 definitely worth the trip. Super calming experience.

The deserts were great. The only thing I wish they had a place for you to put your food as soon as you walk in to where the cats are. Because they require you to wash your hands but there's no shelf there. But they do have a cafe area free of cats where you can finish your food first.
