Ishita Mondal★★★★★It was such a delight to discover a proper Indian restaurant, that too a south Indian one, in Quebec City. It's apparently opened just a week ago! The owners are Tamilian, so it makes sense that they got their dosas and chutneys just right. I ordered the mysore masala Dosa and the ghee podi Dosa. Both were perfect. But north Indian dishes have a south indian twist - the chapati was basically paratha and the kadhai chicken became kind of chicken korma. However, both were still tasty. The owner and the server were very polite.

As always, the dosa was the highlight. It had that perfect crispy texture, and the spicy Mysore chutney spread inside gave it a really great kick. The sambar and chutneys on the side were super fresh too. The Veg Manchurian was also fantastic.
