Tried Bannock Express and it’s a really satisfying, comfort-food kind of stop—simple, filling, and different from the usual fast-casual places. The bannock is the star: warm, slightly crispy outside, soft inside, and it holds up great as a sandwich base. I went with a bannock sandwich combo and it felt homemade, not “factory” food. Service was friendly, and it’s an easy place to grab a solid meal without spending a lot.
