I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I placed my order and waited for over 30 minutes, only to realize that the staff had completely forgotten about it. There was no update, no apology, and no one checked on my order until I asked. Waiting that long for a simple order is unacceptable, especially when customers are expecting quick service. I hope the management improves communication and pays more attention to customer orders so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Yes I gave a low score becasue I feel they do need some work on customer service. Its not about getting the order and see ya, you need to followup on the order make sure it gets to the correct person. The sandwhich/wrap/food makers were run off their feet when I ordered. In the 10 mins I waited they must have did well over 20 orders good job to them as they did not stop! But everyone that works at the Timmys needs training on good customer experience!

Five stars all the way! Harman, the store supervisor, completely brightness up this location. She is incredibily polite. Attentive, and handles customer requests with the utmost professionalism . Even when the line is out the door, she stays calm, smiling, and makes sure everyone gets their order perfectly. Excellent customer service.
