These Staff is really disgusting and they should be investigated by Healthcare professionals. I asked for my order and athe time when the cashier put the donut in the paper bag she didn't removed the silicon gloves ( a bit yellow because of dirt by the way ) . She was touching everything around with the same gloves . Of course I told her I don't want that so gave me another one just using a piece of paper ( not using gloves ) and after I paid she put the donut back with others for sale ...!! I ask her .. why do you guys do something like that but she and her coworkers just kept qui

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The coffee was fresh, hot, and tasted really good. I ordered a medium coffee and a wrap, and both were delicious. The food was warm and prepared nicely. The staff was friendly and served quickly.

Very poor experience. Staff don't response and show ego as i ordered a steep tea. I need to wait to 25 minutes, and when i decided to ask after waiting they said system isn't showing your order. They didn't even apologized about their mistake. We know you are in rush hour but atleast treat as a human being. I hope you will improve and shotw some respect.
