Negin★We regularly visit this brand in Paris and usually have a great experience. However, this time the staff's rude behavior ruined it. They were out of certain items, but these were still listed in their system. Since I work in fast food, I know that usually, when an item is out, it is removed from the system. Instead, they forced us to choose something else, even though we had already paid for our original choices. When I mentioned that they should update their system, they were very rude. I ended up not eating the food I ordered. It was a very disappointing experience.
