Chanj★My visit left a lot to be desired. The customer service felt rushed and unfriendly from the moment I ordered. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping or answering questions about the menu. When I received my meal, the food quality was inconsistent: the meat tasted bland, the sauce was overpowering, and the fries were cold. It felt like everything had been prepared without much care. I usually like O’Tacos, but this experience didn’t live up to expectations at all. I hope the restaurant focuses on improving both service and food consistency
