We visited this café this morning and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is beautiful, with soft music playing and a very cozy vibe. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the comfy sofas make it even more relaxing. They serve the best coffee we’ve had so far in Paris, along with delicious croissants.

An exceptional employee, really friendly, attentive and very helpful. He took the time to chat with me and made the experience even more positive, my latte was all the better for it! It's a nice cool place to sit and drink. They offer sandwiches, coffee and cakes. They have a large space and it's most of the time crowdy. Atmosphere is warm and good and I like it. They provide internet but not good in tes of speed. Ok for kids but not kids friendly. Bo car parking but train station nearby

I was very disappointed with my experience at Pret today. I come in everyday and the employees are usually very friendly; however, today a tall big Indian guy was rude to me. He laughed when I tried to order in French, but when I spoke English he was rude to serve me too. I did not understand as I have never experienced this at Pret…He just laughed and ignored what I was saying. I hope the owner can reply to this message / tell the employee to treat customers better….
