Very nice seats and ofc it’s Starbucks so amazing drinks. I got an iced caramel macchiato with almond milk because I’m lactose intolerant. I hope they add lactose free milk later on. The cashier was very nice, I went at 11:30 and it wasn’t crowded so very comforting 😊

New manager is totally efficient and professional. The place has improved 100% under his leadership. However he is limited by structural inadequacy of the plumbing in the building. And the legally required public bathrooms have been out of service for years. It is imperative to provide him with adequate tools so he can continue to provide satisfactory service to your customers. In France it is required for all businesses that serve food and drink to provide a publique restroom. If the plumbing cannot be fixed-Which is very unlikely- the out let may be closed down.

I went to this café today and honestly, the whole experience was a mess. We ordered to stay in, a caramel macchiato and a matcha latte, and they still served everything in takeaway cups like we were being hurried out from the start. The staff were unbelievably inefficient. Then it got worse. The café is supposedly open until 8 pm, yet at 7:45 pm they told us to leave because they “needed to clean.” Since when is cleaning time included in customer hours? That’s not how it works. For morning freshness with coffee and cookies it's the best place to select. Calming and clean to gossip and chill with anyone. Clean WC available here and service was also very good.
