Le Bodrum served up a delicious and generous Turkish meal, full of authentic flavors and variety. I tried both a vegetarian mezze plate and a chicken shish kebab dish — and both were excellent. The mezze plate was full of highlights: creamy haydari, crispy falafel, golden sigara böreği, rich eggplant in tomato sauce, and delicate yaprak sarma. The kısır and çiğ köfte brought a fresh, spicy note, perfectly balanced by a colorful salad.
