I tried both a vegetarian mezze plate and a chicken shish kebab dish — and both were excellent. The mezze plate was full of highlights: creamy haydari, crispy falafel, golden sigara böreği, rich eggplant in tomato sauce, and delicate yaprak sarma. The kısır and çiğ köfte brought a fresh, spicy note, perfectly balanced by a colorful salad. The chicken shish kebab was juicy and well-seasoned, paired with bulgur pilaf, crispy fries, salad, and a refreshing yogurt sauce. A special mention to Michae
