During our trip to Tours, we came to this Starbucks three times and were never disappointed. It’s ideally located, the service is incredibly quick and the staff are friendly. If you’re a Starbucks fan in general, you won’t be disappointed by this branch.

They gave me coffee in a takeaway mug instead of a proper mug even though knew I was drinking in. They got my name wrong, I saw them laughing behind the counter so they did it on purpose. No attention to detail and no thought about the environment. They should always confirm if you want a takeaway cup esp if you're drinking in! Thanks for reply. Personally I think the staff who were working in Tours Starbucks morning of Thursday the 7th should be given a talk to, its not acceptable to treat paying clients in that way esp if you are friendly and polite to them which I was. I was just targeted

First time trying starbucks Tours and absolutely worth a visit after a long walk, I ordered frappuccino cookies and cream, all the staff are friendly and wearing their smile, very customer oriented which makes me wanna go back again soon. Plus they talk english! 😉 Merci starbucks tours specially the cashier who serves me and my friends, she is so polite and friendly! 😉 ♥

This Starbucks is pinned to the wrong location on maps!! Navigation will take you to a dirt road with nothing there!!! Google maps needs to fix this... Cars could get stuck.
